Order Processing 

  • We prepare all orders for shipment within 4-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number to monitor its progress. 

Flexible Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times 

  • Standard Shipping: Your order will arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on your postal code and are displayed at checkout. 
  • Priority Shipping: Enjoy delivery within 2–3 business days. Additional costs will apply, and these charges will be clearly outlined during checkout. 
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders totaling $100 or more (before tax) qualify for complimentary standard shipping. 

Delivery Zones 

We currently offer our shipping services within Canada only. At this time, international shipping options are not available. 

Track Your Order’s Journey 

Once your package has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a tracking ID. This gives you the ability to follow your shipment’s progress and projected delivery time until it safely arrives at your location.
